(AMETEK MOCON: Ringsted, Denmark) -- AMETEK MOCON, a global leader in gas measurement solutions, has introduced two small-volume modules for its industry-leading Dansensor CheckMate 4 headspace gas analyzer. These modules are engineered to deliver precise oxygen measurement in packaging with extremely limited headspace—an increasingly critical need across industries.

Dansensor provides advanced testing solutions for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), where headspace gas analysis plays an important role in ensuring product quality and extending shelf life. The new small-volume modules bring unmatched accuracy and reliability to applications such as coffee capsules, pharmaceutical blister packs, medical vials, and ampoules.

Each module features a specially designed probe pen that measures oxygen content directly without gas extraction. This ensures fast, repeatable, and nondestructive testing. One module is optimized for blister-pack testing, while the other is tailored for ultrasmall headspace environments.
