Citing a crowded marketplace, The Performance Management Group recently announced it’s reducing the cost of its Six Sigma training sessions. “We believe Six Sigma certifications are now a commodity in the marketplace,” says Gerald Taylor, TPMG president and managing consultant. “There are well over 200 advertised providers in the marketplace who are very well-qualified and accomplished. To succeed as a top-shelf consulting firm and service provider, differentiation is key.”

The firm will now charge $5,500 for Black Belt certifications, $1,500 for Green Belt certifications and $600 for Six Sigma basic training.
