EFQM will offer a workshop on May 10–11 designed to allow business, process and quality managers to meet like-minded people, to learn new ways to define their innovation agenda, and to measure their innovation performance and improve their competitiveness.

Innovation brings added value to an organization, its shareholders and society in general, and it is an important factor for success, the company said in a statement.

This workshop is based on the EFQM framework for innovation, a guideline for organizations and will focus on case studies using the results of an assessment conducted by the company involved.

SSB Consult, a provider of business excellence consulting and innovation management, will conduct the workshop.
