The one-day event brings together key workforce development and community leaders with manufacturers from Hamilton, Warren, Butler, Clermont, Highland, Brown, and Clinton counties. Scheduled for Thurs., Sept. 16, 2021, at the Duke Energy Center in downtown Cincinnati, the summit includes a keynote address from author and trainer Ryan Jenkins, as well as breakout sessions addressing one of the hottest topics in manufacturing today—the workforce. “We work with manufacturing business owners and managers every day, and one issue we are consistently asked to address is workforce development,” says David Linger, president and CEO of TechSolve. “The MFG Strong workforce summit is designed to address this issue head-on and holistically, with information, interaction, an outstanding keynote speaker, and opportunities for attendees to network with their peers, community leaders, and industry experts.” Ryan Jenkins, CSP is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, trainer and author.
