Two summits at one location at one time: May 14–15, 2015, in Jacksonville, Florida

Lean HR Summit is designed to equip HR professionals with skills, knowledge, and understanding to positively impact the lean enterprise. It moves HR from mere “keepers of policy” to “drivers of the lean enterprise.”

TWI Summit: If you want to create a culture of lean thinking, you need to influence the behaviors and thinking of employees and leaders. That’s what TWI facilitates. It provides skills through three training modules which foster a culture that:
• Respects people (through the Job Relations course)
• Values standard work (through the Job Instruction course)
• Develops a workforce of problem solvers (through the Job Methods course)

TWI is the foundation to developing a lean culture, and to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and standard work.
