The Performance Management Group will host a five-day Green Belt training and certification for service and administrative organizations in Seattle. The training program will begin on Jan. 31. It’s designed for service providers with a strong business need to improve cost effectiveness and process efficiency. It will include a quality principles overview, in-depth instruction in management-by-fact, and training in Six Sigma tools and methodology.

The course is designed for the following industries: health care, logistics and transportation, financial services and insurance, telecommunications, shared services organizations, government services and call centers.
