Tangential flow filtration, also known as cross-flow filtration, is a critical downstream processing technology used for the concentration, clarification, and diafiltration of biomolecules. Intech-Hanbon’s new TFF systems are engineered to deliver high performance, scalability, and process reliability across laboratory, pilot, and commercial production scales.

The newly introduced TFF systems support a wide range of applications, including protein purification, vaccine production, monoclonal antibody processing, cell culture harvesting, enzyme recovery, and buffer exchange. With optimized flow dynamics and precise pressure control, the systems minimize product loss while maintaining biomolecule integrity.
