(ANSI: Washington, DC) -- The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) invites all interested organizations to take advantage of valuable sponsorship opportunities for World Standards Week 2012, which will be held Oct. 9–12 at the Newseum, Knight Conference Center in Washington, D.C.

World Standards Week is an annual event that draws leaders from a broad spectrum of industries, organizations, and government agencies to recognize the importance of standardization to all industry sectors.

Four tiers of sponsorship packages are available. Depending on the sponsorship level, benefits include complimentary admission to World Standards Week events, distribution of promotional material to attendees, color print and web advertising, and premiere signage.
