The Competency Testing module is the fourth module that makes up isoTracker and follows a recent addition of SSL encryption as a security add-on.

The launch of the Competency Testing module introduces the following important features to isoTracker:
• Creating job roles and competencies
• Assigning them to staff members
• Creating a variety of different types of tests such as multiple choice, short answer, or yes/no answers
• Scheduling assessments and running the tests online from any location
• Automatic grading of multiple choice tests with manual grading of short answer tests
• Required trainer review and grading of the completed assessments
• Sending out nonconformances, corrective actions, or preventive actions on failed assessments
• Maintaining a full training record of all past assessments for all staff members
