This free event, open to process improvement professionals and executives interested in learning more about starting a continuous improvement program at their companies, will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (includes breakfast and lunch) at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Tulsa. The program will feature breakout discussion groups on a variety of topics, and a keynote speech by Mark Kiemele, Ph.D., president and co-founder of Air Academy Associates.
