Date and time: May 9, 2024, 11 a.m. Eastern
Speaker: Michael Down

Reverse failure mode and effects analysis (RFMEA) is performed after production launch for risk management and detection. It’s used to identify critical areas in the process and implement preventive controls to detect failures, which aids in the follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of control-plan detection methods.

This requirement is beginning to appear in customer specifics and is mentioned in the new control plan reference document created by the Big Three automakers and published by AIAG.

This webinar will explain the differences between PFMEA and RFMEA, define the RFMEA process, and discuss the benefits of performing this activity.
