(Zontec: Cincinnati) -- Zontec Inc., the international developer of statistical process control (SPC) software solutions, announced the launch of a new Best Practices Webinar Series. The first webinar will be on “Supplier Management: How to Handle Supplier Relationships.”

“When it comes to issues like supplier relationships, we believe our customers are the true industry experts,” says Danei Edelen, the marketing manager for Zontec. “We are just facilitating positive communication among our customers and prospects.”

The first webinar will be held on Tues., March 13, 2012, at 1 p.m. EDT. The webinar will be for approximately 45 minutes. During this webinar, attendees will hear how MASS Precision Inc., a provider of vertically integrated precision metal manufacturing (maintaining precision to 50 millionths of an inch), was able to work with its suppliers to reduce customer rejects to less than 1 percent.
