Two-Day, No-Cost Food Safety Exchange Conference

(Mettler-Toledo: Columbus, OH) -- The Food Safety Exchange Conference, sponsored by Mettler-Toledo, will be June 26–27, 2012, in Chicago at the Crowne Plaza. This no-cost, two-day educational conference will bring together food processors, retailers, auditors, standards bodies, trade organizations, and other food-safety experts from the Midwest and beyond to network and learn more about the new food safety regulatory environment.

The conference will feature third-party expert presentations and panel discussions on current food safety issues. Confirmed speakers and panel members include:
