Statit Software Inc. recently released Performance Indicator & Management Dashboard (piMD), a new approach to measurement and analysis for the health care industry. Statit reports that a review of current software options for health care executives revealed a need for a system that would enable executive-level process and accountability management. Past systems failed to integrate existing data from heterogeneous sources, allow user-defined performance alerts, or permit drill-downs to final analysis granularity, says Tom Simas, Statit Software president and CEO.
