Project Management Excellence, the second book in the series, demonstrates how to integrate projects effectively into organizations’ total operations. Chapters include discussions on project operating structure, the 12 process management areas and project management life cycles. Book three, Change Management Excellence, outlines three distinct elements in the change management system that define and bring about change. Books four and five, Knowledge Management Excellence and Resource Management Excellence, will be available in the summer and fall, respectively.
