(Advise Analytics: Chicago, IL) -- Advise Analytics, a Chicago-based scientific software company, has launched a new system for statistics called AdviseStat, an intelligent analytics advisor. Unlike most statistics software, which relies on the user’s expertise to analyze data correctly, AdviseStat decides on the user’s behalf how best to analyze the data it’s given. The program makes intelligent observations about the data it sees, and then determines appropriate methods and transformations on its own.

AdviseStat features an intuitive, minimalist interface to help users direct the program with plain verbs like “predict,” “compare,” or “cluster.” Behind the scenes, the program automatically transforms the data and addresses subtle diagnostic issues. AdviseStat then produces a whitepaper result with a customized explanation of the methodology it chose and the significant findings within the data, complete with interactive graphs and full bibliography.
