BSI Americas, a global registrar, recently joined the International Cyber Security Education Coalition. The coalition was formed by the University of Detroit Mercy to help the National Security Agency promote information-assurance education to protect the national information infrastructure of the United States. The university provides some of BSI’s courses to its students and asked the registrar to join the coalition as an industry partner. Courses offered by the University of Detroit include the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor course for those preparing for ISO 27001 audits.

It provides the global endorsement of our work and message in regards to information assurance and security.”
