(Baumer: Southington, CT) -- As a cost effective alternative to 3-CCD camera technology, Baumer has introduced the first in a line of high quality color technology GigE cameras.  Equipped with the Baumer CIELAB engine that offers advanced real-time color processing, the Baumer TXG06ac camera requires only one CCD sensor to deliver high quality color images comparable to those taken by 3-CCD cameras. The TXG06ac captures images with resolutions of 776 x 582 pixels, resulting in highly vibrant colors and enhanced edge sharpness.

Ideal for food, pharmaceutical processing, and life sciences applications, the new TXG06ac camera can identify the nuances of colors within a narrow color pallet.
