International Metrology Congress Announced

(College Français de Metrologie, Lille, France) -- The 13th annual International Metrology Congress will be held June 18–29 in Lille, France.

The event is organized by the College Français de Metrologie with several international organizations from Europe and North America. It is a meeting place for specialists in metrology from firms and scientific laboratories and an exhibition of presentations, equipment, services and technical visits to firms.

The aim of the congress is to highlight new techniques of measurement and calibration that have been or are being developed, and to present the evolution of metrology, and its implication in industry, research, environment and safety economy and quality, at the national and international level. The event attracts more than 800 people from 45 different countries, and from every area concerned with measurement.
