Argolytics Upgrades TRENDABLE for Data Collection Version 2.0

Online software for collecting measurements, visual-defect information, and pass/fail situations

Published: Monday, April 12, 2021 - 12:00

(Argolytics: State College, PA) -- One year after the initial release of TRENDABLE for Data Collection, Argolytics LLC, announces the latest version of its premier quality control and inspection collection tool: TRENDABLE for Data Collection version 2.0.

TRENDABLE for Data Collection version 2.0 builds on Argolytics’ commitment to providing affordable, accurate quality control software designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Through fully customizable templates, users can collect measurements, visual defect information, and simple Pass/Fail situations from any online device. Real-time graphs and corrective action prompts allow users to easily identify trends before an out-of-spec product is made.

“Since the launch of TRENDABLE for Data Collection in 2020, we’ve had the opportunity to listen to the voice of our customers. The updates we implemented in version 2.0 are a direct reflection of that feedback. We are proud of how the software is evolving to meet the needs of small and medium-size manufacturers while remaining budget-friendly,” said Tamela Serensits, Founder & CEO of Argolytics.

New features in TRENDABLE for Data Collection version 2.0 include:

Gauge Tracking—Keep track of gauge performance over time. Inspectors indicate which gauge they used during a QC check. TRENDABLE for Data Collection automatically associates that gauge with the measurement taken. Know when to re-calibrate before you go out of spec.

Run Charts and One-sided Limits—Sometimes a process only has an upper or lower threshold. Other times, “limits” doesn’t make sense. TRENDABLE for Data Collection v2.0 gives you more control over the graphics displayed to inspectors. Simple tools increase compliance.

Stack Results—Too much time is wasted manipulating data in Excel. TRENDABLE for Data Collection v2.0 will automatically stack measurements collected by different team members at different times.

Even More Affordable—TRENDABLE for Data Collection now costs just $25 for 25,000 observations each month. Unlimited users, unlimited reports. And the first 2000 observations every month are still free. See how affordable data collection can be with this easy Cost Calculator.

“Many small and medium-size manufacturers are eager to begin or expand their current quality control program, but software setup and capital costs are often prohibitive. With TRENDABLE for Data Collection, business leaders will find that the transition to a modern quality control program is easier and more affordable than they thought possible,” said Serensits.

The TRENDABLE quality control software suite is a new approach to modernizing, digitizing, collecting, and reporting quality control activities for small and medium-size manufacturers by providing accurate, comprehensive results. Argolytics is aligned and positioned to continue its growth and mission of “helping small manufacturers visualize and improve product quality.”
