iAdvantage Software, StatSoft Partner in New Software Release

Published: Tuesday, May 23, 2006 - 22:00

iAdvantage Software Inc. and StatSoft Inc. have partnered to deliver a full array of statistical and visualization capabilities with an upcoming software release. eStudy version 5.0 will include StatSoft’s WebSTATISTICA engine, giving life-sciences users statistical and analytical capabilities. STATISTICA is a fully Web-based statistical analysis and visualization engine globally used by life-sciences companies. iAdvantage eStudy integrates the engine seamlessly so that the user doesn’t have to learn the complexities of a full statistical solution, and has access to the types of statistics and visualizations specific to their job function.

“By integrating the WebSTATISTICA engine into the eStudy solution, we are now positioned to not only deliver a full palette of statistical analyses and visualizations of biological study data without leaving the security of the product, but we also have the ability to respond to specific needs for custom analyses for individual clients,” says Larry Laws, iAdvantage vice president for sales and marketing.
