Govind Ramu

Google

Govind Ramu is a senior technical program manager for AI infrastructure quality at Google who has more than 30 years of global experience in quality management in multiple industries. A Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Distinguished Scholar and ASQ Fellow, he has played a leading role in international standards development, including convening ISO 10014 and contributing to ASQ and ISO guidelines on quality and performance. He is also an award-winning author and thought leader with eight ASQ certifications and multiple industry honors for excellence in quality, standards, and service.

Ramu is one of the principal architects of DCE 9000, the industry’s first quality management system standard purpose-built for AI-era data center infrastructure. His work is helping to shape its vision, requirements framework, measurement model, and industrywide adoption.
