Ken Eme holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona and has held several positions in the manufacturing space. He started at Procter & Gamble after graduation, where he learned many of the principles he would successfully apply later. After leaving P&G, he went on to a career as a senior executive at several family/privately owned companies in industrial, packaging, and aerospace industries. Early in his career, Eme became a Lean/Sigma Champion and followed that passion to drive his companies’ successful results. He recently retired as a COO and now works as a principal consultant of operations on the PIVOT Management Consultants team.
