Heidi Drafall is the senior vice president of quality at Agiliti. Prior to joining
Agiliti, Drafall was a multisite quality director at Baxter International Inc. and held
a variety of quality-focused roles at Boston Scientific. Drafall holds a bachelor’s
degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and
an MBA and master’s degree in management from the College of St. Scholastica.
