SQF Lead Auditor Training: The objective of this course is to provide auditors with the knowledge necessary to become effective food safety auditors and the ability to apply this knowledge to auditing the SQF Code. The course is based on the auditing methodology documented in ISO 19011 and the technical skills necessary to audit the SQF Code. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have a full understanding of the SQF program and its auditing requirements. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued indicating the participant has met the SQF training requirements to be registered as an SQF Auditor or SQF Contract Auditor.

This five-day SQF Lead Auditor training course fulfills 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 of the Criteria for SQF Auditors.

The Lean Coaching Summit is most effective when viewed as a complete four-day experience. The summit will progress from high-level, inspirational presentations to very practical “go to gemba” sessions on the final day.

The official summit itself is a two-day event on Monday and Tuesday, July 20–21, 2015, followed by optional, add-on experiences on Wednesday and Thursday, July 22–23, that dive deeper into the topics explored during the first two days.

JIT: A One-Day Workshop, March 11, 2015, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, in Milford, MA

The Greater Boston Manufacturing Partnership (GBMP) Job Instruction Training course is a one day program designed to introduce the concepts and principles of creating a standardized training process within organizations. Just in time (JIT) is used by many companies, including Toyota as a standardized method of training new hires, as well as cross training the current workforce.

This course is appropriate for all levels and disciplines within the organization. It is especially relevant for employees who are responsible for training new hires and cross training current employees. Also, JIT is extremely useful for companies who use temporary employees.

After taking this course attendees should be able to:
