(Third Dimension: Filton, Bristol, United Kingdom) -- The new headquarters for Third Dimension, a world leader in supplying noncontact optical metrology solutions to the global manufacturing industry, were formally opened on June 24, 2011, by the Right Honorable Jack Lopresti, the Member of Parliament (MP) for the UK Parliament constituency of Filton and Bradley Stoke.

Third Dimension is the manufacturer of the GapGun range of products, which are precision shop-floor optical metrology tools for the aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries. The new headquarters, which houses the company’s office and manufacturing staff and is 50-percent larger than their previous headquarters, is located in the Brabazon Office Park in Filton, South Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.
