(WCBF: Chicago) -- The 10th annual Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement in Healthcare Summit will take place at the New Orleans Marriott, in New Orleans, May 10–13. The health care sector is a key area where lean Six Sigma processes are making a tremendous impact. Health care organizations are focused on improving processes that generate bottom-line contributions such as revenue enhancement and reduced waste through the adoption of these and other quality improvement processes.

For presentations to be considered, e-mail an abstract of your presentation proposal to [email protected]. Abstracts should be up to 250 words in length, outlining the project covered. The deadline for submitting abstracts is Friday, March 25. However, it is recommended that abstracts be submitted as soon as possible, because WCBF has limited display sections. All applicants will be informed if their storyboard has been accepted within five days of receipt.
