The American National Standards Institute’s Procedures & Standards Administration recently announced the availability of the 2005 Compliance Form for U.S. Technical Advisory Groups to the International Organization for Standardization. Companies planning to maintain compliance to the revised edition of ANSI’s procedures must complete and return the form to the PSA department by July 1. All U.S. Technical Advisory Groups to ISO are required to be accredited by the ANSI Executive Standards Council. This accreditation relates to the procedures that are used by the TAG and its administrator to develop consensus between the United States and ISO standards.

“I encourage TAG members and administrators to visit ANSI Online regularly, as relevant information is posted there on an ongoing basis,” says Anne Caldas, PSA director. “Our goal is to continue to provide the services needed to expedite and comply with the requirements of the ANSI international procedures.”
