Find out why at the fifth annual TWI Summit set for May 17–18, 2011, with an optional presummit workshop on May 16, and optional post-summit training classes May 18–20. The summit will be held in Orlando, Florida, at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn.

The TWI Summit kicks off with a treat as Norman Bodek returns to deliver the keynote address on May 17, 8 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Five years ago, Bodek delivered the first keynote presentation at the 2007 TWI Summit. He’s insightful, engaging, funny, and shares stories of his many times spent with Taiichi Ohno. Bodek is personally responsible for bringing the Toyota Production System to the West.
