(Quantum Associates: Northbrook, IL) -- Quantum Associates Inc. has developed its new data analysis tool because they discovered that during their work with service and manufacturing organizations, data are often collected for the sake of collecting data and cannot be put into a format to make informed management decisions.

With this analytical tool, senior management can see how the data affect their processes, and they can use it to align process improvement projects with their overall business strategy as well as measure performance.
