(Open Source Six Sigma: Scottsdale, Arizona) -- Open Source Six Sigma recently announced six new products in addition to their popular DMAIC v8.1, including the individual define, measure, analyze, improve and control phases as stand-alone products. In addition, OSSS will introduce a business process management (BPM) course combining various principles of continuous improvement.“In response to customer feedback we have decided to make the individual phases of our DMAIC materials available,” states Brian Culp, program manager at Open Source Six Sigma.

In addition to selling DMAIC by phases, OSSS introduced Process Management v6.0, consisting of 352 PowerPoint slides and 14 templates that are completely customizable, as are all OSSS products.

”Process Management v6.0 is an extremely powerful asset for managing and improving many production and transactional processes,” says Scot Shank, founder of Open Source Six Sigma. “We are extremely excited about this product and believe it will be well received by the business improvement community.”

Open Source Six Sigma will introduce DMAIC by phases and continues to invite its customers and the general community to their free template download and OSSS forums.
