(DeLeeuw Associates Inc.: East Hanover, New Jersey) -- DeLeeuw Associates Inc, recenty announced its participation in IQPC’s Lean Six Sigma West Summit in Las Vegas, Sept. 19-20, 2007.

On Wednesday, Sept. 19, Bryan Carey, CSI’s senior vice president of strategic consulting and managing director of DeLeeuw Associates, will introduce new approaches in a client case study on integrating the best of business process reengineering with the power of lean and Six Sigma to increase value to the customer. This case study, copresented with Barbara March, head of the defined contribution customer services group at ING U.S. Financial Services, covers how ING’s strategy of absorbing business growth without a corresponding growth in expenses is accomplished through reengineering the process based on both voice of the customer and simple lean Six Sigma principals of reducing nonvalue-added handoffs.
