Disney Institute’s behind-the-scenes tour
SGS has secured an exclusive, guided behind-the-scenes tour of the Disney Institute, with a focus on quality. In addition to creating a magical environment for guests from around the world, Walt and Roy Disney mastered the art of business. They determined that leadership, culture, service, brand, and innovation were five key concepts that, when considered holistically, would lead to maximum results.
