(Lean Frontiers: Indianapolis) -- The Key Concepts for Lean Leadership workshop, scheduled for June 5–6, 2012 in Indianapolis, is designed for those truly passionate about lean and interested in moving beyond “tools” to a management system with respect for people at its foundation. The workshop is led by Mike Hoseus, who will share his first-hand experience during his days in Toyota management, which is touched on in his book, Toyota Culture: The Heart and Soul of the Toyota Way (McGraw Hill, 2008). Hoseus doesn’t just “know” lean; he lived it.
