TÜV America recently updated the organizational structure of its electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) operations in Minnesota to improve responsiveness, customer focus and the overall quality of its services. Sandy Downs, an EMC team member for nearly eight years, was promoted to the position of client services supervisor. She’s responsible for the direct support of existing customers. Site supervisors were appointed to manage and improve testing processes at each of the company’s three facilities. “Our goal has always been to create a comfortable, modern and productive atmosphere for our EMC clients,” says Kevin Larson, TÜV America EMC product director. “We have made many positive changes over the past year, but assigning these highly skilled team members to critical positions will truly make a difference for our customers.”
