(PTI: Tuckahoe, NY) -- Packaging Technologies and Inspection (PTI), a leading manufacturer of nondestructive, noninvasive inspection technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, will showcase the VeriPac Leak Detection Systems at Interpack, the international processes and packaging exposition held in Düsseldorf, Germany, May 12–18, 2011.

VeriPac inspection systems utilize an ASTM-approved vacuum decay leak test method recognized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a consensus standard for package integrity testing. VeriPac’s nondestructive technology is capable of detecting package leaks and invisible defects using an absolute or differential pressure transducer leak test system.

“The new generation VeriPac 400 Series made its debut in 2010 and has been very well received,” says Jesse Sklar, PTI sales manager.
