Infor and Shandong University Qilu Software College recently partnered to promote a study to enterprise applications in the global manufacturing industry. Infor will establish a scholarship and install an Infor Manufacturing Essentials Lab at the college to allow students to attend classes while enhancing their learning experience. The lab will be maintained by Shanda Hoteam Software, an Infor partner.

As part of the agreement, KaMing Ng, vice president for Infor’s Asia Pacific offices, will serve as a guest lecturer at the college. His presentations will focus on the latest developments in the enterprise resource planning industry and provide real-world examples.

“Infor is delighted to provide Shandong University Qilu Software College with the resources to further engage the next generation of enterprise application executives in the global manufacturing arena,” says Ng. “We commend the institution for providing its students with a curriculum that will help them gain a competitive advantage in today’s global economy.”
