(IMTS: McLean, VA) -- The International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2012 will partner with experts from Trillium CNC, provider of recruiting and staffing services, and CNCJobs.net, which is in partnership with Trillium CNC, to bring the first-ever job center to IMTS, which is being held Sept. 10–15 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. Located in the West Building, at booth W-200, the IMTS 2012 Job Center will provide a forum for the IMTS community to learn more about and make connections to careers in manufacturing.

Companies will have access to top-level talent for manufacturing positions, and job seekers will find countless resources as they search for their next career opportunity. Hours for the IMTS 2012 Job Center are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. all six days of IMTS.

“With our country suffering an unprecedented shortage of skilled manufacturing workers—one that is expected to rise from 600,000 unfilled jobs to a predicted three million by the end of the decade—we are thrilled to offer both employers and job seekers an opportunity to find each other,” says Peter Eelman, the IMTS vice president of exhibitions and communications.
