“There were many reputable global applicants for this medal and without a doubt, Dr. Harrington was the clear winner of this medal,” says Shan Ruprai, chairman of the Armand V. Feigenbaum Life Achievement Award and president of APQO.

Harrington is a global leader, whose books, teachings, and advice are embraced by more and more business executives globally on the road to success. His books revolutionize the business world with proven business improvement models.

“Harrington is one of those very rare business leaders who combines outstanding inherent ability, effective management skills, broad technology background, and great effectiveness in producing results,” says Armand V. Feigenbaum, the father of “total quality control. “His record of accomplishment is a very long, broad, and deep one that is highly and favorably recognized.”
