(TÜVRheinland: Carlsbad, CA and Newtown, CT) --  As the European Union considers recasting the EU Directive for the restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS), global businesses look for ways to comply with a constantly greening market. TÜVRheinland, a global provider of global market access, offers free compliance expertise through its popular seminar series “Environmental Sustainability.” A June 23 seminar will be held in Carlsbad, California.

Geoffrey Bock, TÜVRheinland’s business development manager of green initiatives, is a widely recognized expert on end-of-life recycling and the EU directives RoHS, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances), and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
