SharePoint, a web technology-based server, is used for a variety of tasks, including file sharing, web publishing, and collaboration. EtQ Reliance SharePoint integration uses web services so documents can be published across networks or across safe Internet connections. EtQ Reliance’s SharePoint integration allows the user to publish field values along with documents, and update SharePoint with the latest version of the documents, at any stage of the workflow.
“EtQ is pleased to now offer integration with Microsoft SharePoint as part of its best-in-class quality and compliance management solutions,” says Morgan Palmer, chief technology officer at EtQ. “With SharePoint integration, the user can publish any document at any stage in the workflow to a configurable set of SharePoint libraries. End-users can then access these documents—even if they are not a user of the EtQ Reliance compliance platform. This method of integrating the ease of use of SharePoint with the flexibility of EtQ Reliance results in a system that provides an unmatched level of functionality and visibility for the end-user.”
