(DLS Electronic Systems: Wheeling, IL) -- DLS Electronic Systems Inc. is offering a workshop and seminar, “EMC by Your Design,” scheduled for Oct. 18–20, 2011 in Northbrook, Illinois. Curriculum developed by Donald L. Sweeney and his associates will include an understanding of the many electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulatory requirements, including FCC, CE, U.S. military, RTCA-DO-160, and those of many foreign countries. The workshop begins with the fundamentals of EMC and then focus on the methodology of how to minimize EMC problems, from the design process through final testing and approval.
