These workshops are offered with the choice to add certification, which includes one-on-one project coaching. Juran believes that project coaching highly increases the probability of completing a project and offers a substantial financial impact. Juran is authorized by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to offer IACET continuing education units (CEUs) for this program under the ANSI/IACET 1 2013 standard.

Michael Stamp, a Juran vice president, will be leading the live group webinars. Stamp specializes in continuous process improvement, lean management and delivering a variety of quality programs to corporate clients. He has more than 25 years of experience and is an outstanding change agent who can identify opportunities, develop focus and provide strategic and tactical business solutions. Stamp’s core competencies include process improvement, operational streamlining, data science, special project management, training and coaching, cost reduction, multisite operations, quality control/assurance, policy and procedure development, leadership development and culture transformation, and statistics.

Juran, founded in 1979, is your on-demand team of trainers, coaches, and advisors. Built upon the philosophies laid out by Dr. Joseph Juran, the father of quality, Juran aims to help all organizations achieve the highest quality of products, people, and processes. Combined, Juran’s team has 235 years of experience, traveled more than 22.5 million miles to work with its clients in person, and trained more than 10,000 lean and Six Sigma experts.
