Taormina was one of the first quality control engineers at NASA’s Mission Control Center during Projects Gemini and Apollo. He has written 11 books on the beneficial use of ISO 9001. His twelfth book is entitled Foreseeable Risk. He has been consulting and training for 30 years and has been an expert witness in products liability and organizational negligence for 20 years. Tom is a CMQ/OE (1996)-certified management consultant, forensic business pathologist, and former chair of the Quality Management Systems Committee, QMD.
