Work-life balance is tough, and for most of us, it’s starting to feel like a thing of the past. Companies are demanding longer hours and increased productivity. Remote workers are being called back to the office, and the ones still at home are stuck in “always on” mode. With layoffs happening left and right, everyone feels the pressure to constantly prove their worth. No surprise we’re all feeling overworked and missing out on the parts of life that actually make it worth living.

Live your life to the fullest extent
People are overwhelmed with tasks to complete, targets to achieve and time to squeeze their work with unnecessary stress. When you practice enjoying every moment, it may be a hard work-related task, or taking care of children, shopping for necessities, going on a trip, enjoy the happy moments with family and friends, and anything like this, there may not be any necessity to balance once life with work. The articles clearly pointed out the problem and gave the right solutions. Kudos to the reviewer of the book "In This Lifetime".
