This event is designed to generate interest in the field of metrology (the science of measurement), and to engage and educate young engineers, measurement novices and experts, and industrial professionals looking for a new career path. The Careers Fair is ideal for those with backgrounds in engineering and manufacturing. Attendees are encouraged to bring their resumes and questions about the field of metrology.
Careers Fair attendees will have the opportunity to meet more than 40 OEM manufacturers, service providers, and other companies involved with close-tolerance industrial coordinate measurement and technology, including Nikon Metrology, FARO Technologies, Hexagon Metrology, The Boeing Co., ATT Metrology Services, and others.
The Job Board section of the last two CMCS World e-newsletters included openings from more than 20 metrology companies, and the CMS is encouraged that this trend will continue into the foreseeable future. The CMS looks forward to your participation for a successful metrology Careers Fair.
