Six Sigma

If you start a Six Sigma project, you're already sunk.  Six Sigma is based on utter nonsense.  Any defect based project methodology is doomed to failure.Read Deming to learn the basics of quality !

Great ideas!

The 11 topics mentioned are great points! Prof. Barry Shore from the Peter T. Paul School of Business at the University of New Hampshire has some additional points that people may find helpful that relate to What is Lean Six Sigma and how these methiodolgies can prove to be benefical.
