Roderick A. Munro is a Fellow Chartered Quality Institute (CQI—England) and an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Fellow, CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA. He has been an IRCA QMS lead auditor since 2005, and full-time third-party auditor since 2013. He frequently speaks for conferences and ASQ section meetings has been an author for Quality Digest as well. Munro has spent his career in the pursuit of continual learning and helping others understand and utilize process improvement (systems thinking, continuous improvement, systems improvement, and total quality management) methodologies and tools to help make their work and lives better. He brings extensive depth and breadth of experience working domestically and internationally as a coach, facilitator, instructor, consultant, and mentor; systems evaluator; safety and health, environmental, quality (SHEQ) advisor; project manager; and human performance technologist with high-performing organizations.
