Robert Miller, founder and president of Arches Leadership, advices leaders worldwide in building sustainable cultures based on the Principles of Enterprise Excellence. During his eight years as executive director of the Shingo Institute, Miller guided the development of the Shingo Model. He led study missions to Japan, China, Europe, Mexico and the United States, and helped develop products and services for executive education. As a Shingo affiliate, Arches Leadership is an independent firm authorized to share the Shingo brand and teach using the platform of the Shingo model and all products and courses developed by the Shingo Institute.
