Purdue University’s Technical Assistance Program (TAP) is the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) center for the state of Indiana. It provides high value, affordable solutions for manufacturing challenges and to help businesses increase profitability. Its staff leverages resources in both the public and private sectors to help identify areas of improvement, streamline processes, and ultimately increase competitiveness. It offers on-site training/analysis projects and workshops including leadership development, lean manufacturing, lean office, quality improvement, Six Sigma certification, top-line business growth, training within industry (TWI), energy efficiency and sustainability, and green enterprise development.
